Ideacision Free forever

Should this idea
actually move forward?

Most ideas die from a slow maybe, not a fast no. Ideacision scores an idea against ten criteria and gives you one answer: Go, Refine, or Kill.

Score an idea you are sitting on

Rate each criterion from one to five. Be honest — the tool is only as useful as the worst score you are willing to give it.

Something here is worth keeping, but it is not ready to absorb your only slot.

This is a thinking tool, not a verdict from an oracle. It makes your own judgement explicit and comparable across ideas — which is most of the value.

The hard part

Ten questions that kill ideas early

A score tells you where you stand. These tell you whether you have thought about it at all.

  1. Which exact person has this problem?
  2. What do they do about it today?
  3. Why is that substitute not good enough?
  4. What is the smallest version someone would pay for?
  5. Could you ship it in seven days?
  6. Does it run without you in the room?
  7. Can you reach users without becoming an influencer?
  8. What number means go?
  9. What number means kill?
  10. What are you stopping to make room for this?

If question ten has no answer, the answer to question one is: not yet.

One scorecard does not fit every job

A solo software founder and a design studio taking on a client are not answering the same questions. Ideacision ships a scorecard per role, not a generic ten.

Solo founderLive

Market, pain, willingness to pay, speed to launch, whether one person can run it.

Fit with the book, margin per hour, scope risk, whether the work compounds or just fills a month.

Agency new businessNext

Pitch cost against realistic win rate, client quality, retainer potential, team drag.

Scoring and deciding will never sit behind a paywall. Charging people to find out that their idea is bad is a strange business — and a tool you only open when the stakes are high has to be there every time, without a card in the way.
